1. Delivery Timelines & Dispatch Schedule
All orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT (Monday through Saturday) are verified, sterile-sealed, and dispatched from our Faisalabad logistics warehouse on the same day.
- Faisalabad Hub: 24 Hours Express Delivery
- Major Metros (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan): 2–3 Working Days
- Remote Towns & Northern Areas: 3–5 Working Days
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure smooth doorstep handover, first-time Cash on Delivery customers will receive an automated WhatsApp or SMS order confirmation link. Once verified, your package is dispatched immediately.

Bio-active serums contain sensitive ingredients like Vitamin C and Niacinamide. Every order is packed in UV-shielded, bubble-insulated boxes with tamper-evident security seals to guarantee formula integrity during transit in warm weather.
4. Courier Partners & Tracking
We partner with Pakistan's leading courier services including TCS, CallCourier, Leopard, and M&P. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS and email.
