1. 14-Day Skin Barrier & Reaction Guarantee
In the rare event that a formula causes severe skin irritation or allergic reaction, stop usage immediately and message our support team. We will refund or exchange the product, even if opened, provided at least 70% of the formula remains.
2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement parcel at zero additional cost.
