Refund policy

All Products purchased from mashcosmetic.com can only be exchanged within 15 days only if:

-The items are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

-The items do not match the original specifications of the product or are found to be different from what you had actually purchased.

Item purchased on sale/discount will not be exchanged.

We do not offer a cash refund, instead, a coupon will be issued.

Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged from retail/offline store and vice versa.

At Mash Cosmetics, we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair to both parties

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to mashcosmetics.pvt@gmail.com or whatsapp call at +923011555884, in case you want to raise a dispute.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected, faulty or damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographs as an evidence of the defect at mashcosmetics.pvt@gmail.com or whatsapp at +923011555884 within 3 days of the purchase before any claim can be processed.

There are certain situations where it is difficult to support returns or exchanges, such as:

– -Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

– -product is damaged because of use

-Anything is missing from the package including labels, original packaging, freebies & accessories.

Mash Cosmetics does not offer a “Refund” or a “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
